Help mixing cardio with weights

Help mixing cardio with weights - Thursday, April 17, 2008 6:28 PM ( #1 )
Right now I do a four day split
monday - chest, triceps
tuesday - legs
thursday - back, biceps
friday - shoulders

I either swim or use an elipitical for 30 minutes on wed, sat, and sun.  Is that good?  Is there another way I should be doing it?

Shoulders don't need their own day. Throw them with chest/triceps to have a push/pull/legs split. Then you can go Monday, Wednesday, Friday take the weekend off and get enough rest. The cardio is good. Mix it in on your off days or at least 6 hours away from your lifts on lifting days.
