Help me with my routine

I have showed people my routine and they say i don't get enough rest or it just sucks. I have a pretty good diet so thats not the problem why im not really satisfied with my current routine, here it is. this is what i was given monday - biceps/back (abs) tuesday - chest/shoulders wednesday - triceps/legs (abs) thursday - biceps/back friday - chest/shoulders (abs) saturday - triceps/legs sunday - off. This is all i've been used to and doing for some time now and iv gained a little but but not where i want to be. I have searched a lot online and the 4 day split is what seems to be most popular. P.S. All i do is goto school and my only hobby pretty much is lifting so time isn't an issue. I'd rather not do a full body workout 3 days a week cuz id be bored the other 3 lol, plus i like to break it up.

maybe make it 3 on 1 off to give you some more rest so you would be resting thursday the first week. also i would swich shoulders and triceps places. What exercises are you doing for your routine? You can't really say that it sucks if we don't know the routine..
Goals by end of 2009: Bench 205 Squat 255 ATG Squat Clean 185 "There is no elevator to success, you must take the stairs."
