You seem like youre pretty lean already, so depending how serious you are, Id take out all of the bread and maybe the milk and yogurt. Also Id cycle your carbs higher on lifting days and lower on off days. Take the pb out of post workout also. You dont want fat pwo as your trying to get nutrients absorbed as fast as possible. I would actually replace your whole pwo meal with a whey protein shake and a banana or some type of fruit. Milk and bread are good but not optimal.

What should my PWO shake consist of? I'm thinking of changing my before workout meal to a chicken breast and a little bit of sweet potatoe for carbs, is this a good idea?
