Amazing pics, all you need is some more definition and cut down a bit of body fat and you're good. I see you got excellent delts too!

Thanks man... I appreciate it. I dont have any confidence. I'll post pictures once I get my ass running a little, and some of my legs once they are worthy.

your body fat aint that bad at all .... and i cant see why anyone would laugh i think everything is in proportion ... just keep at it and you will continue to grow .. so far so good ... you could start cutting ... but i think you aint that bad in terms of BF ... so id just stick with bulking for a while

Whatever your doing I think your making good progress. You could cut or bulk, but as some people said your BF% is not that high so if putting on more muscle is something you want to do, I would go for it. As for dropping the BF, thats going to be mostly your diet Cardio will help and IMO you should be doing some. Dont be scared of losing muscle mass by doing cardio, unless your doing a ridiculous amount and are damn near starving yourself, it wont happen. How tall are you?

I'm about 6'2", its been hard for me to gain weight so I am always worried about doing a little cardio. I just talked to my friend who just returned from Iraq he recommned maybe 20-25mins on my non lifting days?? I think I'm going to try that for now. My goal is 220 right now. Anyways I will keep posting pics every few months or so.

Yo Red, let me boost up confidence (no homo). You're body is amazing the way it is now, imagine cutting up a little, lifting hard, sculpting! Dude you have MASS to that body and thats a perfect time to start shaping up! MANY AND I MEAN MANY GUYS would KILL to have a body like yours at the start of their game.

Thanks bro its good to hear my work is paying off... Stupid question, but right now my rep range is usually between 8-10 for almost everything except bi and tris( sometimes between 10 and 15). I usually drop in the 4-6 range when I'm trying to get over a hump on a certain lift. If I want to cut up a little more should I focus mainly on diet, cardio, or rep range?

Diet and some cardio is what is going to get you cut up. I've utilized those rep ranges and the method you are using should work great for cutting as well as bulking, just cutting will be harder without as good of recovery.
