i've been cutting for about 3 months now..
took lipo 6x aswell as I wanted to try out a weight loss/metabolism boost pill... I've been off that for a couple weeks now.. still seeing progress with cutting...
im eating high protein... moderate fat and low carb... carbs just consist of fibrous vegetables...
Anyway what I need help with is that I've slowly been decreasing my calories in order to continue progressing...
im at the point now where i don't want to decrease my calories as I find myself starvvvvvvvingg... especially before I sleep and I'm consuming 2-3 litres of water daily
I'm 5 foot 8. (about to turn 18 years old).. I've always been fat and have a low metabolism... not as fat anymore... well I don't know if I'd say im fat... I look a little chubby shirtless...
I would say I'm about 14% bodyfat.. my scale says im 11.4%.. it's brand new but I know and hear enough not to trust bodyfat scales... i tittled the video
Weigh about 150... was about 155 when i started cutting... it's been going really well as I've toned up quite a bit... still look as big (I'm pretty big for my weight) and as far as strength it doesn't feel like i've lost a significant amount so I'm happy with that..
Do I continue decreasing my calories or add more cardio.. I do 3-4 sessions of cardio a week after my weight training?
