Help!! broken clavical - Thursday, September 20, 2007 8:17 PM ( #1 )
i just broke my left clavical (4 places) and i go under the knife tomorrow. my doc already gave me the ok to train on the spin bike no arms. when i can resume weight training would it be better to train the right side of my upper body when able until the left is ready and play catch up or wait until i can train both sides together???

Scott:  Hey, Man, I'm sorry to hear about your injury.  Heal fast, Warrior.

I would wait until you have fully recovered and then I'd train both sides.  If you train one side now, you will mess with your symmetry.  Then, you will have to work to even things out again.  Be patient and you will do OK.
