Help Me Put a Stack Together
-

I need your help putting a stack together. Keep in mind I'm not new to bodybuilding I'm just back from a long break. I'm not sure what the best and newest supplements are at the moment. Keep in my mind that my diet is fine and I'm getting sufficient rest. Anyways this is my plan for introducing the supplements: Week 1: Establish Work Out Week 2: Find Maxes Week 3: Introduce protein Week 4: Introduce creatine / NO Week 5: Introduce Test Booster NOTE: I will start taking vitamins before anything and I'll cycle the creatine, NO, and TB accordingly. So what supplements should I take? This is my plan thus far: Vitamens: Animal Stak Protein: Muscle Milk Creatine: Dymatize Xpand NO: SuperPump250 TB: Animal M-Stack What do you guys think?

First of all, no TB's. Too young. The creatine I would just go with creatine mono, it'll do the same job as all of the other creatines and is cheaper. Plus a lot of your NO supplements already have creatine in them so you'll be getting more then enough. As far as vitamins, I just get the cheapest multi I can find. Just picked up a big bottle of GNC Mega Men sport for cheap. You'll also want to throw in some fish oil for your joints, eye and cardio health. It also gives you the fats you don't normally get in a diet. For protein, there are different routes you could take. If I were you I'd get GNC's wheybolic. It has a great profile and I loved it myself. Muscle Milk is good though too because of the alpha and beta caseins for slow digestion, which keeps you in an anabolic state longer. If you do get the wheybolic make sure to get chocolate. I'm on my second cycle and got strawberry (terrible idea). Ok, now on to the NO supplements. I've had many different NOs but I found one recently that was unreal. Its called Jack3d. It does the job FOR SURE. I had some of the craziest, focused, most intense workouts I have ever had. Tastes great too. It is some unbelievable stuff. I've tried SP250, naNO vapor, NO Shotgun (awful taste btw), NO Xplode, GNC's NO, NO2 black powder, etc. But nothing gave me better pumps and great concentration like jack3d. Other supplements may come in to play too. There are new supplements out called Heat Shock Proteins, which change the shape of the proteins in your muscles which changes the function to allow your muscles to grow. Also, it acts as a thermogenic, raising your temp and giving you a really warm feeling during your workout. I tried GNC's Muscle igniter, and am now on Myoshock, both of which were extremely great products. If you're looking for a good thermogenic let me know. i have some input on them as well but not too sure if you were looking for one.

A post asking for a critique and information about what supplements to take, and then bash a person for trying to help you out. Followed by a I know what's good for my body. Then why post a question if you already know everything?? If you just want a post to say, you made good choices, and pat you on the back for your great knowledge, then, wow you made fantastic choices with your supplement regime. You look like you really know what you are doing. How's that? Is that what you are looking for?

I would like to say that although I'm 18 my body is fully matured and done growing. I have chest hair and I shave my beard everyday. I look a lot older than I am because my body genetically developed quicker than others. I have friends like me that have taken TBs successfully yielded good results with no side effects. Not a big deal, the stuffs all natural and legal. Plus, you gotta understand... I used to sniff mad coke. TBs don't worry me in the slightest.

Ok well as far as the TB goes, I don't take them. My friend started taking 17HD with deoxy, and he said he loved it. Also I know muscle meds makes a Hexagen with increases the igf-1 factor. I'm not judging your knowledge on TB's but just make sure if you need to take anti-estrogen or cycle something after. I've just seen too many people jump into TB's and hurt themselves in the long. BTW, you looking at any thermogenics?

Rob Wow thats rediculous. Nah, dude, you're out of line. Believe it or not, some of us are actually concerned with the crap that people are putting in their bodies. Like it or not, it's a legitimate concern and an entirely appropriate comment. If you just intend to say that you're aware of the risks, there's a much more tactful way to go about it than to insult those who would like to help you.

I will continue to research the Animal M-Stack but I'm pretty sure they put you on a short 3 week cycle to help prevent problems like the one you mentioned. I'm not familiar with thermogenics how do they work and what are they utilized for exactly? IDK if this has to do with anything but my goal is to bulk.

ok if you're bulking then don't worry about them. They are like fat burners. But you're bulking so thats another story. any more questions? WAIT. I have one more piece of advice. Start doing research on the 'Asteroid Stack'. USPLabs makes the products and it consists of Anabolic Pump, Prime, PowerFULL, and Jack3d. I heard that this stack is unreal. I've looked it up and people are just amazed by its results. Research that and get back to me on it.

Well the Asteroid Stack costs $150 for a month supply. Your just paying for a test booster, sleep/recovery aid, amino acid thingy, and NO product. I couldn't afford this 'cause I mean I wanna supplement a vitamin and protein shake supplement to help me gain weight as well. From what I heard: it works but for the insane amount of money your spending most people say it's not worth the investment.

Let me tell you my opinion on this. Your order starts out pretty good. Although Early on before you introduce supplements get your caloric intake dialed in and get a good steady diet going. Vitamins you mean animal pak right? good stuff so I hear, I'm too cheap to use it. Protein good source as well. The animal M-stack will probably just give you results the first week and a half but then you might just lose them soon after, not worth the investment. Any cheap creatine monohydrate is honestly just as good. And NO products I think are overrated and personal preference. Of course more testosterone is ideal in bodybuilding, however most test boosters, are either garbage or they are more like a replacement, ie prohormones and steroids, which can really mess you up. I would add some quality fats to your diet, omega 3s from fish, fish oil, walnuts and other sources. Eat an ample supply of food combined with your vitamins and plenty of sleep AND THE FACT THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OLD, YOU WILL BE AN ANABOLIC MACHINE!!!!!! Take advantage of this while you can, throw some heavy deep squats into your routine and you will pack on serious muscle mass.

First off, I think muscle milk is overpriced and you could get something much better, preferably whey protein, not a blend. I've never ordered from http://www.trueprotein.com/ but it looks pretty cheap to me and i expect i will do so soon. Also, studies have shown that NO products suck, or at least how they are currently used so I wouldnt even bother with that laxative known as superpump250. I also agree that pure creatine mono would be better. People need to stop getting all caught up in big name brands and instead compare nutrition labels on products. I'm not one to tell you whether or not you should take a TB but I have friends who are honest with supplements that have had very little success with Animal M-Stack. A lot of the reviews you see out there are biased or by people who hype up anything they take and automatically point to their supplements when decent gains are made. Basically, I would look into something else; as Seoinage said they are garbage.

Superpump is fun to take before working out if your stomach can handle it. I usually do stuff like that before arm workouts to enhance the ''pump feeling''. I chucked it away after half the tub though because like ^ has said I'm sure its original design was intended to act as a laxative. I've probably spent several thousand on supplements just over the last year alone and this might sound unpopular but for the amount of money you can end up spending on them you may as well just do real gear, get 10 times the result and save money in the process ; not that I'm suggesting you do that at 18.

Superpump formula has changed it no longer has the high amounts of magnesium which causes the squirts. Only 100mg per serve where as No-Explode 360mg per serve. So i think SP250 is proberly pretty safe now

Some members that posted in this thread (and it's pretty obvious who) had some good advice, tips, and opinions that was helpful to me. I appreciate that.
