Help It REALLY bugs me - Wednesday, April 29, 2009 2:01 AM ( #1 )
Hi im new here, but been to many other bodybuilding and fitness sites asking for informantion and help on my problem.


I am 18 years old (MALE) , and i only weight 9 stone -  126 LBS - 5 foot 10"

Ideally i want The follwing kinda build :
(sorry for the gay-ish kinda pic :/ i needed an example haah)



I need help on the following :
What kinda diet should i be eating to obtain these results.
What would the weight i need to get to be approx?
What Kind of workout training programme should i follow for this?
Also is there any diet plan out there for me allready made ( i cant look, as well i dont know what im looking for on how many calories etc)



- Please help, I find it pretty hard to gain weight or to eat well. ( small appetite)

Best thing for you to do now is to read all the forum areas here. Start in the nutrition section and work your way throught the others. It will give you a better idea of what to start with and what to work for. Alot of great information there for beginners. Stick with it, Good Luck!

Just to answer one of your questions, to get that physique at 5'10, you'd have to hit 180ish with roughly 7% bf.

If you weigh 126lbs you need to look at some of the things about calorie calculators and things like that to find out what you need to be eating and how much you should be eating, search for them and im sure you will find them.

Train full body 3x a week just sticking to compound exercises for the most part in the 8-12 rep range. It worked great for my friend who was a skinny guy but the first thing is getting your diet in check.

Bench Press Max - 170kg @ 100kg
Squat Max - 220kg @100kg
Deadlift Max - 275kg @100kg

Weight - 90kg
