Hi im new here, but been to many other bodybuilding and fitness sites asking for informantion and help on my problem.
I am 18 years old (MALE) , and i only weight 9 stone - 126 LBS - 5 foot 10"
Ideally i want The follwing kinda build :

I need help on the following :
What kinda diet should i be eating to obtain these results.
What would the weight i need to get to be approx?
What Kind of workout training programme should i follow for this?
Also is there any diet plan out there for me allready made ( i cant look, as well i dont know what im looking for on how many calories etc)
- Please help, I find it pretty hard to gain weight or to eat well. ( small appetite)
