Hello everyone! I'm a 16 year old male. I've been searching over the Internet for the past few hours on the topic of... you guessed it, man boobs. What I have found I did not like. Everybody gives a different answer and most of them are just trying to sell something. I have also read the 12 questions PDF. Nicely done! Thanks! Well, anyways, when I was younger, I was fat and the boobs were really bugging me. These days I'm a lot more thinner (I'm 190 centimeters tall and weigh 75 kilograms), but I still have some fat, mostly in the lower chest and abdominal area. Now, I still consider the chest 'a problem'. The upper chest is OK, but the lower chest (especially the nipple area, and the nipples themselves!!!) I don't like. I'd like to "flatten" out the lower parts. My main intention is to LOSE the FAT, not to gain strength or build up muscles. Now, as far as I can tell, doing push-ups or bench presses and stuff won't really make the fat go away, but only will make the muscle stronger and bigger. And as you can tell, that's not my goal. I don't eat junk food, I don't eat a lot, I don't eat frequently, I eat healthy. Now, I've read about doing 'cardio' and stuff, but I'm foreign (eastern Europe) and these terms aren't really clear to me. Can someone explain to me like to a little child what I'm supposed to do? Advice for burning fat in the lower abdominal area is appreciated, too! Sorry for asking such a frequent question and if I've done anything else wrong. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

you need to eat more frequently, try to get around 6 small meals a day. Each of those meals will have a little less than 1/6th your total caloric intake for the day. You first need to find out your BMR, which will tell you how many calories you need to consume each day to maintain your current bodyweight. Then you subtract 300 or so from that and divide by 6 to get your calorie needs per meal. Cardio stands for cardiovascular activity such as running, swimming, or biking. These exercises burn calories thus burning fat off the body

Thanks for the reply. So, I'm supposed to do some of these cardiovascular activities? I know I sound like an a**hole (and I'm sorry for that, I don't want to seem hostile or anything, especially 'cause I'm new), but I kinda find it hard to believe that biking or running will help me burn the fat OFF MY CHEST. I did a lot of activities, but nothing ever took away the lower chest fat. The reason why this bothers me is because I have a lot of friends (and family etc.) who eat a lot more and A LOT unhealthier than me, and still have perfect bodies without exercising. I do my best at everything and still get the flobby chest with pointy nipples. Not fair, huh?

there is no such thing as spot reduction aka working your chest to reduce the fat on the chest. WHen you lose fat you lose it from all over your body. Unfortunetly the last place most guys lose fat is there stomach and chest, so you essentially just need to run and bike and swim, ect ect, to lose the stomach/chest fat

Oh, cool. Thanks! Will lifting weights (or dumbells, I'm not sure what they're called) strengthen and build up my biceps? I have a pair of dumbells weighing 5 kilograms each. I lift them in series of 25 or 50, simoultaneously with both hands. And push-ups? If not, what HOME exercise do you recommend for building up biceps?

Apart from that, so basically, if I do the cardio workout regularly and watch my nutrition, I'm supposed to burn the fat?

Fat loss is all 100% diet and cardio. Make sure you're burning more calories than you're consuming. Try to get in 5-7 meals each day, spacing them around 2 or 3 hours apart.

Thank you all for the helpful replies. I'm currently looking for info on the swimming pools around here, I guess I'll take up swimming.
