Welcome, I hope you learn as much from db.com as I have, and I hope we can succesfully aid you in starting and sticking to a diet. Just 8 days ago I started tracking my diet, as to burn fat. I've actaully realized at some time how hard it is to get all the calories you need if you eat healthy, and it feels great, I've realized how many delicious easy to make healthy foods there are out there.
