Hello, I'm new...

Hi, I just joined, before I ask for any advice, here's some info about me. Name: Robert Wolf Jr. Age: 14 Height: 6'0 Weight: 209 lbs. I'm really interested in working out, I got done with a wrestling season, and during the season, I promised myself to work out to be stronger for the upcoming football season and wrestling season. At 14 years old, 6.0 and 209 lbs, I think you should post a photo of yourself. I can't imagine what you might need unless we know where you are now. Welcome to the site.

The only muscle I have is calf muscle: I gained it by just doing lots of active things with my legs during the summer...it's probably the only thing I'm proud to say I had a part in...I have a frame, but no muscle to fill it in. I tried working out, but it just was hard...because I had no routine established. I'd give you a picture, but sadly...camera isn't working...if you have any advice on how to get a routine going, and some good things for a kid my age, where I could establish muscle upper body/arms, I'd be thankful.
