Hello, motivated newbie here! Please advice me thanks. - Saturday, September 12, 2009 3:20 PM ( #1 )
Well I've worked out for 6 months once..when I was still a sophomore in high school..and that was forced b/c of  my gym training class. Other than that, I've never worked out. Not even at home. I'm a lazy slob. Except that I do pushups regularly, atleast 30 times a day. But I haven't done that for 2 weeks now.

Now that I'm 17 and in college, I've become more and more self aware of my body and looks, and I'm motivated to transform my body.
I'm 5'11, 177 pounds the last time I checked.
Have no idea how much my %body fat is, but I believe I have mostly baby fat?
Seriously, I have like a female body. Like..you know how those emo guys have those kind of nonathletic, naturally skinny body? Almost like that, but I'm not 'skinny'.
My body is weird. I'm not fat, but I have that fat on my stomach. I look 2 months pregnant when I sit or when I stand without sucking up my body. And my body kinda looks flat..but not in a good way..
The point is .. I hate the way my body looks. It's too gentle..too boyish. Oh and I have no muscle at all on my arms lol.

I HATE sit ups/crunches. Makes me extremely nauseous. I don't mind running, unfortunately I get tired easily (maybe because I rarely work out).

My diet is horrible too. I like to eat sweets but not too much. I eat oily foods, but I've reduced that. I eat when I want to, not according to the 'correct' schedule. I eat at night too. I like to eat until I'm 100% full.
Sometimes I starve myself too. Sometimes I can [not eat] from I wake up to 6 P.m. [Not eat from morning to night). I don't eat breakfast. Yes I know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but idk why it's hard for me to eat breakfast. Makes me want to throw up.

And now that I have money, I will join new york sports club and  go to gym daily if I can. [I haven't registered yet]

So please.. any suggestions/advice? What should my diet be.. What should my training be.. and other things like that

Does your college not have a gym? And you don't sound that motivated..your diet is the most important thing, so don't talk about working out if you don't start by cleaning it up, making the calories fit your goals, and start eating breakfast. And I wouldn't say you look like a pregnate woman at all..your just thick. You sound like you basicly just want to lose weight, eat less calories than you burn, it's that simple.
Goals by end of 2009:
Bench 205
Squat 255 ATG
Squat Clean 185

Welcome to the site. Connelly is right, the first thing you need to do is clean up your diet. It is not that hard, just takes a little self-discipline and that is something you will need if you want to make some changes to your body and to get by in life in general. Spend a little time reading and studying the forums and if you have questions someone here can probably answer them.

Actually you guys are right, but I'm trying to be. College just stresses me out.. But yes I'm trying to change my diet.
How should I eat correctly?

That is going to depend on exactly what your goals are, just loose weight or build some muscle and make some improvements.

What do you think I should do first now?
Should I lost weight or build some muscle?
Do I look fat to you?
I want broad chest and muscular arms, two things im lacking

Add muscle first. Your fat will become less noticeable and you will increase your metabolism with the added mass.

I always believed that losing the fat first made it easier than cutting halfway into a full session of a working program and losing half your gained mass anyways.

But that's just me :)
