A few things i know of my Body.

You've made some great progress. Just keep at it. You seem to be at the point where you could bulk for awhile if you are tired of cutting. Your wrists do seem strangely small for what seems like an otherwise good frame.

I have symmetry issues myself. Runs from my right calf through my right buttock, then over to my left shoulder. My hips sit a little to the right and my chest a little to the left. Injuries while in the military. I have to concentrate on a good form while lifting. Slowly I have been going up in weights. Looks funny having some muscles smaller than the others, but stick with it and they will catch up. Just get the proper lifting form down and keep working at it. Keep us posted.

I thought I saw a slight leaning as you stood on these last set of pics. I have to get a journal started and expose myself with a few pics also

Me leaning or Bulkingup leaning?

Thing is I am not leaning LOL, Ihave a really messed up back. When you say Bulk, do you mean "bigger". I know I am not "big" but I do not want to be. I am into this thing to tone up , lose BF and strengthen my back. I have HUGE symmetry issues. It is like One half of My body is someone elses.

Nottice in my back picture, the muscle that extends to the ehad is alomost non existent on the right side. That is the first time I have ever seen my Back. ever. And I can see that my right arm and shoulder is messed up. But I must say My tris do have some nice cut .

i suffer from extreme back pain and head aches because of my messed up Symmetry. Could this training be hurting me?  Should I lift hard on one side to even it out?

Well, let me see if I can answer most of this (I'm sure someone will correct me).

1. Bulkingup was leaning in his journal pic.

2. "bulk" means you eat more over your average calorie intake. As in: Normal 4000, Bulking 4200, Cutting 3800. Eat more to Bulk and grow.

3. Training will ache to begin with. After doing it for a while you will notice it hurts if you don't do it. (I speak from my experiance)

4. Lifting hard I assume you mean Heavy. I would do as much as your weaker side can do. It will catch up to the stronger side with time. Make sure your lifting form is correct. Makes a good base for heavier lifting later when you can do it.

You rock thanks....I think I will learn alot in here. I do not know anything about Lifting, but if any of you have questions about how to lose 12% body fat (only if you are at 25% LIKE i WAS) let me know.

I learned all my fat loss secrets from TV..LOL  just kidding.

So. Thinking about taking some NO explode for a couple weeks just to see if it helps any. Any Opinions?

My workout outs are slow and concentrated, I work alot with non freee weights. I do not bench at all (shoulder doestn allow it) Chest is all from Push ups and Pulley type chest stuff (and pec deck).

I wish I had someone to work out with. Anyone in the MPLS area?  I dont want to pay for a trainer, so I do most of my learning from Guys like you and Google.

   thanks again!

uhhhh i know people have said you need to bulk, but i think you need to cut.

if you could cut alittle more, you'd be a BEAST.  good progress. keep the fat coming off, and you'll be a freaking monster

yeah man, you look loads better than you used to, great progress. Some people here might tell you to bulk up and get bigger. I disagree; I think you'd look a lot better cutting down a bit. And I think those are your goals, to just tone up. Good luck on your journey, there's plenty of information in these forums... just read up and check the "stickies" in certain topics like Nutrition or Training. Stickies are the very top posts that were good enough to keep em close and handy in case we need to refer to them or new people come in and ask the same questions.

what does your training routine look like right now pronne?

does your back hurt?  or do you just not like the looks of it?

what are your long/short term goals?  and what is your diet like?

i think you've made outstanding progress so far, but i'd like to get those detailed questions answered so we can see what you're doing so far.  real curious to see what you're doing as far as training goes for your back right now.

My name is FOX.... and I approve this message.

My back hurts as in , I have severe lower back pain..some times.

I am doing reverse situps (do not know what they are called, like your bowing down over a t type thingy lol)) with 25 pounds behind my head 3x 15

alot of pull down type excercises, alot fo cable torso movement type things.

Like I said I have been doing this 6 months and do not know the name of muscles or Excercises. I have NO V whatsoever. Started out with NONE. Finally can do wide grip pull ups, before I couldnt do one.

but I am built like a typical , barrel shape thru the abs and chest...really almost straight. Like a barrel with arms.

It is not a bad thing, but As far as gaining that V, I have ALOT of much harder work then most.

I do about 5 differnet Ab excercises, It may not look it , but I am Extremely strong in the abs. But my lower back is really weak. If yopu have any tips on a good lower back strengthening routine , let me know.

Naw not at all, very comfortable with myself, but my smaller wrists hurts my program and my barrel chest and abs hurts my back. It is not a vanity thing, just a +sigh  yea I an whineing...Sick of the pain is all. But a dude at the gym told me the other day I had huge arms LOL.....(small wrists while provide alot of pain, do make my arms look bigger)

I know this is a boldy building forum, but I myself self have one true goal, not to have pain anymore and to fit nicely into clothes
