Hi Thanks for the reply, at the moment my weight is 154 lbs but I want be 126lbs I know I have a long way to go. I also to become more toned and fitter. I'm currently going to the gym 3 times a week and I just bought some 100% whey protein shake powder. For eating I'm just trying to cut out bad things for the time being. Could anyone help me with a programe?

What is your height and BF%? 126 seems low unless you are very short. For cutting weight you want to do some cardio. For a routine, what are you goals? Build strength? Muscle? Endurance?

Goals by end of 2009: Bench 205 Squat 255 ATG Squat Clean 185 "There is no elevator to success, you must take the stairs."

The best time to utilize whey is pre and post workout and prior to bed. Good luck!!
