Iv'e started going to the gym again but this time im a little more serious about it now. I have had a personal programme set up for me which is below. So im trying to find out if this would be ok for me. Im 20 years old, 6ft1ish, my weight is 16st 3lbs. I do have muscle but i have a bit of fat on my stomach and buttock. I would like to get definition and build muscle on my arms, abs shoulders etc. So would this routine help me?
C.V 20 mins on bike
10 mins on treadmill
Weights Abdominal Machine 45kg 3 sets of 10 reps
Leg Raises 3 sets of 10 reps
Bicep Curl on machine 45kg 3 sets of 10 reps
Tricep Pull Down on machine 40kg 3 sets of 10 reps
Pec Deck 45kg 3 sets 10 reps
Chest Press on machine 40kg 3 sets 10 reps
Seated Row on machine 40kg 3 sets 10 reps
Arm Curls on machine 45kg 3 sets 10 reps
Tricep Dips using my weight and my bum touching the floor each time 3 sets 10 reps
Dumbell Flye freeweight 15kg 3 sets 10 reps
Bicep Curl freeweight nearly seated upright 12.5kg 3 sets 10 reps
Seated Leg Press 85kg 3 sets 10 reps
Squats using a ball 3sets 20 reps.
As for supplements, i went to a shop and was advised to go for protein and creatine.
So i have Maximuscle Promax Extreme, and Body Fortress Creatine Ethyl Ester.
