Hi, first off, im a beginner, im puny and want to get bigger,and have been doing weights for a little while. My measurements are Height 5'11 Weight 145lbs (...on average) chest-39 inches arms flexed-14 inches Im seriously not happy with this while i dont want to build...SUPER big, i wanna get pretty big, my problems are that 1.Im too short, i want to be 6'0-6'4 (Im nearly 18 years of age, do i still have another growth spurt to look forward to?) and does anyone know of anything that can help increase height? even if its 1 inch maximum-Id love to hear about it 2.My weight fluctuates MAJORLY, i have changed trouser (pants to you americans) size in a matter of HOURS, and have lost 1/2 a stone in one night sometimes, i have a SERIOUSLY fast metabolism, are there any food or supplements that basically tell my metabolism to in a manner of speaking, f*** right off? lol

Ah before i forget, someone told me to eat LOADS of carbs, as anything i dont use will be stores as fat, and whatever i do use will be pure energy when i weightlift. I have tried this and nothing. I have eaten over 200g (says so on the packet lol) of carbs in one day and i usually always hit the 2500 calorie a day level and go over it many times... as i said...i have a mental metabolism, and i HATE it
