Status: offline 		What do you guys think of this supplement for young adults to help them grow? I know I'm probably not going to be very tall, so I'm thinking after I hit my big growth spurt I might try that and get an extra couple inches... But I just don't know if its safe. What do you guys think?

Status: offline 		Vitamins and minerals from real food are always better than from pills. The only thing out there to help short kids grow up to be taller that actually works is hGH.

There is also nothing to make a males penis grow bigger... or a womens breast to grow larger... or a bracelet you can put on your wrist to make your pain go away.

Basically... if you see it on TV, it doesn't work Smile

Status: offline 		Pills? Hormones can increase breast size (by increasing estrogen levels)... but that's a prescription thing of course... this thread is about supplements. There is not a single supplement out there that can do increase height, breasts, or penis size. If there were, wouldn't everyone be taking them? Smile

And what "natural techniques" are you referring to? That I would like to know. Meditation? Hypnosis? They're all a bunch of scams.

Take it from me... if there was a supplement out there that increased a persons height... wouldn't I want to carry it? Smile
