Throwing punches involves arms, shoulders, back, glutes, hips and legs.

I once bought a heavy bag to workout as part of my cardio. I tried to do rounds like Pro Boxers do and I was did inside of 2 minutes. Its so tiring. I could barely lift my arms the next day.

not really, depends on what your routine is. I know many amateur boxers that hit the bag everyday. heavy bag isnt gonna get you huge muscle bousa, your better off lifting and hitting the bag for cardio. the best cardio ever!

He will knock you out if your just runnin away. plus your a teen, in competing your not gonna go 12 rounds, it'll be 3-4 rounds

I find kicks wear you out easeyer than punches do because your working bigger muscles. what I do is I go all out, high intesity punches for 1 min then I do around 40 kicks non stop. That way after your arms are tired you get to use your lower body that is fresh.
