I have been riding a bike 10 miles per day 7 days a week for almost 2  month. Now,my heartrate right after riding is 120bpm. It was about 160 bpm in the begining.I know my max heart rate should be no higher than 174.8. I guess i am getting used to the progam, should i increase the milage per day or increase the intensity of the ride at the same mileage to get my heart rate back up a little more?
                              Thanks

You should increase the intensity ! you already see improvements in your heart rates...before going for distance, try to add more intensity to your bike ride and when you'll be used to it...increase distance !

Intesity is the key but make sure your heart doesnt explode.

Dang, you mean poof boom Smile. I want to keep it in the fat burning range, i was thinking about in the 130-140 range. Do you think that would be too high? As of now ,to get from my 120 heart rate to a resting heart rate of 60 is about 5 mins or less.

If my memory serves me correctly, i think the optimal fat burning range is between 60-75% of your MHR (max heart rate)

And yes, hearts can explode. ive seen it with my own 2 eyes! ... ok maybe not...but its an interesting concept none the less.

I'll try and keep it at the 120 rate, that would be a little less that the 70 % range,it will be for 11 mins twice per day. Then my cardio heart rate is 90-100 bpm, and thats done 20 mins twice per day also.
