i read an article that said if your trying to gain mass , one week out of the month instead of doing reps 8-10 , do low and heavy with reps4-6 , for stregnth increase , that why u will get alot stronger and still gain size , so u can up the weight more often , makes sense to me but want feed back for the experienced fellas , being that i dont feel like i gain much strength altho i bust my ass , so anyone heard of this?
