1/8 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
1/8 cup fresh blueberries
1/8 cup granola
 
it tastes great so i hope it is healthy!!!

The vanilla yogurt is OK but probably has added refined sugars - plain unsweetened would be better. The healthiness of the granola depends on what kind it is. Some granola is very healthy, others have lots of added sugar and fat. Homemade granola is easy to make and you can control exactly how much sugar and fat goes into it or you can shop for a low fat and low sugar variety. But I can't say anything bad about blueberries.
