Heyas. Im having trouble figuering out my activity lvl to multiply by.
This is my weekly routine:
Monday to Fri sometimes Saturday 6am to 4pm work (electrician) but workouts after work are as follow:

Monday:boxing + muay thai
tuesday: weights(fullbody) then after it 30min bag work + widegrip pullups
Wednesday: boxing + muay thai
thursday: weights(fullbody) then after it 30min bag work + widegrip pullups
friday: boxing + muay thai or bag workout at my training centre
saturday: rest day or a bit of cardio work
sunday: same as saturday or weights

Im guessing im a BMRx1.55(Moderate 3-5week) because i dont do weights
everyday? or am i BMRx1.725(Hard Exercise)??

No you are probably hard exercise.

Unless you are not training hard with the Muai Thia and boxing, and why do I doubt that.
