Haven't posted in a while - Monday, January 05, 2009 9:00 PM ( #1 )
I only got one pic for now cuz i don't have my memory card at my house now but here is the most recent shot on my computer. 
I'm at like 205 in this pic 198 right now, cleaned up for a visit to the water park and now i'm bulkin back up hopefully to 215

i'm lookin to put on another 10 lbs before cutting,  i'm getting married in july so i gotta look extra good.  Hoping to be 195 and just ridiculous by then

i'm changing up my routine starting this week, Looking to train groups twice a week.  Its hard coming up with a split though.  I'm thinkin Chest tri, back bi, traps and delts, chest , back,  then legs and shoulder presses.

Abs and calves are done alternating days, one day calves one day abs. 

Cardio three times a day.

nice man... looks like you've got the same type build as i do. i'd imagine you'll respond well to bulking/cutting over the time leading up to your marriage

I've started deadlifting like 6 or 7 months ago.  Its something i wish i was doing since the beginning.  I've already gotten really strong at it but haven't built the muscles up as much as i'd like to.  Last week i repped 315 4 times

Good pick up! I hardly noticed to start with.

Overall, looking good and solid.

Only part I would recommend looking at (aside from comments above) would be a little more mass on the delts..

But all in good time I would imagine
