Ok, so when should i re-introduce cardio into my routine?
 
Im trainig 5 times a week now, so its kinda hard to do so, and ive noticed a bit of fat coming along with my gains, which is all good when bulking i know, but ive never had an ounce of fat on me :S
 
It doesnt help that im bulking and not doing ANY cardio what so ever, so whens the best time to do this do ya think?
 
Would 10/15 mins after 2/3 sessions a week be a good idea, the only thing i was thinking there is, would it interfeer with my gains?

I think cardiovascular conditioning is a must to maintain an all around healthy body.

Once again i agree with the jeep. No matter if im cutting or bulking or maintaining, i always incorporate some cardio in my routine to keep me in good condition. It really helps with heavy squats and deads especially, if your in good cardiovascular shape, then your not gasping for air nearly as bad on that 6th and 7th rep of heavy squats.

I would just start incorporating 15 to 20 minutes like you said after 3 or 4 workouts and then bump up the time if you want to. And then just take in a few more calories since you're bulking to compensate for the extra calories you are burning.

even when im bulking i would say some cardio is good but like 2 times a week right when you wake up or after your done working out but do i think it helps keep the fat down and you get the cardio vascular benfits of it
