I have been doing some bench at home I notice that my left chest is smaller than my right one is bigger. Is there away I can fix it ?

   My dad was a bodybuilder with the same problem-he was patient and eventualy it subsided. The cause of this is- either your skeletal structure is out of alignment,or it's genetics. You can fix this problem by being patient, after long hours at the gym you problem may subside.
If you feel small lumps underneath your pectoral muscle,then you might have gyno.

do dumbell bench, but do more reps with your smaller side.

Thanks I'll do that . So I just use a dumbell on my left side My dumbell is only 25 dose that can work?

course i am Smile

use two dumbells and do your entire set, but when you are done, do a few more reps on your left side.  or yes, you can do one set with only your left side.  i find that when i need to bring up one side, it is easiest just do to my normal workout, but just add a few more reps onto the side that i want to bring up, even if it means i need to get a lighter weight.
