My 1rM on bench is 135  Wish it was higher, though I think I can get 140 Haven't maxed on squats, deads, and cleans since my knee went out. its been feeling better lately, so I hope to be working my legs soon.

cool, 135 isn't bad. Make sure to do squats and deadlifts though once you can.
Goals by end of 2009: Bench 205 Squat 255 ATG Squat Clean 185 "There is no elevator to success, you must take the stairs."

Lol, 135's not bad?? yeah right, it suxs. lol I'm hoping to do 160 by mid freshman.

Better than alot of peoples. Don't worry about it though, all you can do is your best.
