Personally I like tuna, but on the other hand my roomate, who is trying drop 80 lbs, hates it. When I made this I too was cutting, so this is a low calorie meal. I eat this for lunch about every other day: Tuna "salad": 1- can o tuna (in water ofc) 1- apple (med.) 1- celery stalk 2 to 3- big spoon fulles of Fat Free cottage cheese 1/2 to 1 (optional)- tablespoons of lite mirable whip Dice the apple and celery (this is where an apple slicer/corer comes handy if you like to eat apples) In a bowl mix the tuna, apple, celery, cottage cheese to liking, and optional miracle whip(if you like your tuna "sweeter" tasting) Like i said the Miracle Whip is just to add sweetness, it adds a few calories and about a gram of fat, so if you want to omit it you can. Estimated Nutrition: Calories: 305 Protein: 45g Fat: 2.5g Hope you all like this, let me know, my roomate will now eat tuna. Im also open to suggestions to make it better, during my bulking period im going to try adding some peanut butter and or some nuts.
