Has anyone used and had success with a 10x10 program?

I have been using 2 different programs- a 4x10 and 5x5 that I switch back and forth from every 4 weeks (I do one for 4 weeks, then do the other). Since I have started doing this I have gained back most of my size and weight (still want another 10-15 pounds though). Anyways, a buddy of mine said that he started using a 10x10 and has had some great results. I have seen several articles here lately about them but never put much thought into using one until now. So has anyone used one and had better then average results or should I just stick with my routine? Some examples of what you do would be great as well. Thanks!

They're good for cardio, body-weight movements, and increasing endurance. For hypertrophy/strength you'll need more intensity than the intensity (resistance) used with something like 10 x 10. You ideally want your microdamage to range from 15-40, more than that and you just train primarily for endurance. Each individual is different though and this is where trial and error comes in. Lately I've been using DC and absolutely love it.

It's kind of the same thing I do, I just dont do it to that extreme. I guess I'll stick with mine for now and if I get bored with it or want to try something new,I'll give it a shot and report back. Thanks!

leeman does this program include various exercises or 10 sets of the same exercise? Every week your doing something a little different from what I understand. The way he does it is Monday Chest/Back/abs Wednesday Arms/Shoulders Friday Legs Every week you work those same groups just with different exercises. he said he hasnt done regular Barbell Bench since week 1 and he's 5 weeks into it now. Like I said earlier,I'll give it a shot if I get bored or want to switch it up a little.
