Are these good? They sure taste good. Per 100g 75 cals 5.7 protein 9. carb / 7.8 fibre / sugar 0.5 I wanted some carbs for tea with lots of fibre i.e veggies but didn't have any, these seem to be good in that sense, am I right? Will they be ok eating in the evening while cutting?
