Adam... ha, ha, I , I trust your form is better than mine... BTW saw Raidiohead, mostly due to your heads up about the tour months ago... good show, thanks.

Bodbuldingnovice, there is no room in my house for a squat rack... It is also counter intuitive to me to be able to pull weight on my shoulders that I can't get off, under control. That is not necessarily the "correct attitude", but it how I feel about my strength. I will keep a special eye on my elbows, though. Thanks for the suggestion.

Gottabefit... no there is a distinction, a power clean does not have the catch in the ATG position, that is simply called a clean.... details details. The power clean requires only a dip at the knees, for the catch... It is used more frequently by people who want to improve sports performance, power, and strength.

I do want to learn how to do the "clean" though, but I feel it is folly at this point since my pull is absolutely piss poor. it's only going to get tragic if I try to catch real low at this stage of my game..

oh about my legs... , well shucks

Oh my ****ing God. You are by far the most muscular woman I have ever seen who does not shoot up and I find it attractive. I am surprised no one mentioned your forearms, they struck out to me even more than the deltoids. You are practically as muscular as I am at this current point in time, but more defined. Ugh.

Well, I asked this question in my my journal, but no response. So I will throw it up here, and see if you guys will give me some advice, since you have so been helpful.

IF I keep hitting my knees on the pull, I am raising my hips before my knees are done doing their thing?

I made progress my pull is straighter, and much less arms, but this problem is now occurring, more frequently.

DA well, I don't know what to say... THANKS!

tommyboy, my arm development has increased at a better rate with a heavy minimum routine, compared to when I do isolations. (although it might have something to do with my improper use of them during all my cleaning : O)
