I assume you don' t mean pro-hormones.. What supplements should you take at a minimum if you are going to take them? 1) Protein (whey for the day, casein type for slower breakdown at nights) 2) Creatine 3) Multi-vitamin Those would be my top 3 picks.. I take more stuff, but I' m only listing the very basics for maximizing gains.. as food will be your primary gainer.. and then protein.. and creatine if you are a responder. Multi-vitamin is a must. Creatine is cheap in the US.. $16 on Supplements101.. cheapest listed.. just plain creatine mono.
