Hangcleans - Thursday, October 09, 2008 9:59 AM
So I like hangcleans alot. I have a great time doing them but I cant do much weight. I get 8 at 135 then 4-6 at 145 then maybe 2 at 155. I really would like to get the weight and the reps up. Im thinking maybe I should do them earlier in my routine??

any excercises I can do to help strengthen my Hangcleans??

I do military press, arm extension, 1 arm side delt, shrugs, and standing front rows for shoulders
Sometimes you just gotta go out there and get it done, You know.. Give Er

high pulls...

the other two answers are better but if for some reason you don't want to do power cleans or snatches, where are you failing on the hang, figure it out and then work that portion of the movement.
