I have been lifting weights since the age of 14. I have never really taken any supplements besides a little protein here or there. I'm 19 and have finally hit a plateau. Changing diets and work out methods for the last 2 months have not got me any where. So i decided to buy halodrol
I still am a little apprehensive on taking it becuase i have gone soo long working out without the help of supplements.
Has anyone taken Halodrol or know alot about it?

dont know if this would help but im 19 years old 5' 7'', 165 ponds and i bench right at 300 and i got this strong without the help of supplements at all.

Would this be an ideal age and size to take Halodrol?

Bad call halodrol liquidgels are bad on joints at your age i tried them as soon as i turned 20 and i had the worst shoulder pain ever
I couldn't even lift my pillow then i stopped taking them 2 days later it was gone bad call your only 19 man stick with protein and if you need somehting stack superpump 250 and size on

thanks for the advice man, now im kind of pissed cuase i spent some $ on that stuff and i dont want to just throw it out.

you are talking about the gels correct
the joint pain was probably from the AA-Was your intake of Omega 3's high when using it?

I ran it for about 6 weeks and had no issues-It was a quality product but in the future plan to stick with Activate Xtreme and X-Factor

some words of advise never never buy something until you do the research..

I took my multi and trank a litttle over a gallon of water a day. you stack activate xtreme and X Factor
