HST? - Wednesday, July 02, 2008 9:44 AM ( #1 )
Well I have been noticing i'm not really much "bigger" muscle wise than the kids my age even though i lift and lift alot more weight than they can. So i was wondering how hst would work if i did it for a couple months to gain size? Ifigure i would probably start it the first week of august during football since i started bill starr's 3 weeks ago and have gotten really good results so far and hope to get them coming.

connelly.. you're 13.  everyone your age is hitting puberty and going to have the voice change thing,  and be growing like crazy....

you are really strong for your age, and doing JUST fine.   gaining size is mainly due to your diet, so if you want to get big, you gotta EAT big.   and for your age... that will mean stuffing your face until you want to throw up.   and even then, it might still not be enough.  your metabolism is going crazy right now i'm sure

is that all you're concerned with is big biceps?? b/c you can get big biceps without doing HST.  that's what i did when i was in HS...   and now i have real big arms compared to the rest of me, and it looks uneven.

get everything big, legs, chest, back, etc....    everything else will grow along the way, even your biceps
