No, Isolations aren't necessary.  As long as you're doing the basic compound lifts you'll be fine.

I've been petitioning to have it stickied, but I think we all know how the mods feel about Smound.



Do I have to do the isolations? certain things I just simply don't have the equimnet for. Is it ok to skip them? will it hurt my gains if I leave out Side raises, leg press, DB flys, rear DB laterals?

Good question. I'd like to know myself.

so obviously most of this workout is compound, which lifts do u guys consider iso's? just so i can figure out which lifts i need to find my RM's for. I'm so excited for this workout lol. havent not supersetted in a long time tho. the rest is gonna be nice.
