Here's a link to the calculators. Once you've found out your BMR, make sure you minus three to five hundred calories for fat loss.

OK SO I DID THE CALCULATIONS AND IT SAYS THAT AT 241 POUNDS I NEED TO TAKE IN 3133 CALORIES A DAY FOR WEIGHT LOSS. IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WEIGHT LOSS AND FAT LOSS? THAT SOUNDS LIKE ALOT OF CALORIES. IS IT BECAUSE OF MY HEIGHT AND WEIGHT? WHAT HAPPENS IF I CONTINUE WITH 2000 CALORIS LIKE I HAVE BEEN DOING??

Yes, there's a difference between fat loss and weight loss- Your body can also start burning off muscle as fuel, unless you protect it by eating the right amounts of the right foods, and continuing to lift heavy in order to send the signal to your body that it still needs the muscle.
Read the above link for more info on why we need to eat so many calories- If you continue to eat 2000 calories, you can't expect the sort of results you want. It's simply not enough for someone your size to be able to function properly with.
EDIT- And turn off your damn caps lock.

Not sure what you mean there by soft skin- If you mean you have excess fat, then yes- But if you mean your skin itself feels soft, not really. A combination of different nutrients and getting enough water makes your skin soft, not the amount of calories you're eating.

I tended to think you wanted to take about 15% of the daily needed calories off each day which for me is about 500 to lose 1lb per week.  If you eat well you aren;t necessarily gonna lose muscle b/c your body should still be protein rich and you should still be liftin heavy like cpl stated above.
