16 y/o almost 17 (April 25) 1. 164.5 (bodyweight) 2. 280 (BP) 3. 275 :( (checken legs...) 4. the bench was with a pause at the meet I attented this staurday. they didn't count it becuase i didn't wait for the guy to say "rack". my total came out to 855 and i needed 890 to qualify for states...so maybe i'll get it next year. bench: 270 DL: 310 Squat: 275 Total: 855 I have done 290 on bench. did it about a week ago without a pause. o yea, the reason my bench is higher compared to my other two lifts is becuase i neglected to work my legs until the end of last summer. and i didn't start seriously working them until the beginning of december.

1. Im 252, im doing some cutting right now, doing good. 2. i can bench 235, would be benching 285-295 right now if i was still able to continue my lifting program instead of following my coach's. 3. Im going to max out tomarrow, and im looking at 315-320. 4. Ive been doing grip training and stuff, so now i have a grip capable of exerting 310lbs of force. I just need to buy my HG 300 gripper to get my certificate. And i can rip a phonebook in half.

and? there sometimes too many topics to go through to find the one you need and lots of people ask the same questions, there is nothing wrong with that.

My lifts are in my sig, I'm 19 now. I've really got to work on my presses, my military press is only around 175 and bench right now is around 200-225. My power always has been in my legs.
Blake Age 19 Hieght ~5'10.5" Weight ~196 Bench ~275 Squat ~390 Dead Lift ~375 MilitaryPress ~200 Hang Clean ~205 6-17-07 Put this in your profile if you or someone you know is fighting, has survived, or has died in a pokemon battle

6'2 and 140, my friend you have to gain mass and a lot of it. Are you doing strength or mass workouts? Whats your body fat %?

My body fat percentage is 4%. I was 140 before i started weight training. Since febuary I've gained 10lbs. I've been lifting hard everyday so hopefully I'll increase.

4%? Usually people would say that low body fat is good, but I think anything lower than 6% is already bad, eat up (a lot), drink huge amounts of water, and blast the mass routines, also drink shakes that help you gain weight, although try not to go past 8% of fat, keep yourself there. Lucky you :D
