First, if you want to get bigger, read this:  http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Why-you-are-not-getting-bigger-m160406.aspx

Next, as you will learn from that article above, getting bigger is about working hard and eating alot.  I personally believe in High Intensity Training and feel that it is the best way for you to gain muscle fast, but it is clearly not the only way.

Programs like Max OT and others like it are a good starting point for you.

Good luck!

First off, I would recommend learning to spell.

But,
Stay away from pop. Don't eat much artificial foods. Get lots of carbs and protein. Fruits and vegetables are great. If you have a multivitamin or omega-3 fish oils, take them, they aid in muscle growth to a degree. Whey protein is great, and can be like 15 dollars at wal-mart, just take a shake after your workout. Take your bodyweight, multiply it by 15 - 18, that is the amount of calories you should shoot for to get in a day for muscle gains.
(I.E. 170 x 15 = 2550)

Just lift hard, eat right, do some cardio, and get plenty of rest. If you stay consistent you should see changes. That is just the basics for the most part.
Bench: 70 Squat 135 Deadlift: 1??s
Supps: Creatine, Multi, Fish Oils

p90x is for fat loss, not muscle gain; however, it is very effective.

If you're a beginner, do a yahoo search on "starting strength by Mark Rippetoe", "push/pull/legs by Frankie NY, "Bill Starr 5 x 5" (my personal favorite), Max-OT is really for guys on higher levels of training, a lot of unnecessary movements in that routine.

As a beginner, master progressive resistance and compound movements, eat healthy and eat big (for bulking) eat little (for cutting) and you'll do just fine.
