HGH help
-

Hi, I have been working out for about 6 months, and although I’m quite happy with my development I have read a lot about the benefits of HGH. I wondered if anyone could give me some info about their experiences with it and which are the best brands to buy?

You've been working out for 6 months, you shouldn't even be considering it until you've trained for several years.

HGH doesnt improve sport performance. There are some studies showing that it even made some athletes weaker. It was a big farce in the 80's when it was banned though its use wasnt dectable and it didnt provide anyone any advantage. Best to have a solid training program sorted, get lots of deep sleep and let the body regulate itself. You'll be happy you didnt waste your money.

Pulled this from my ConsumerLabs subscription. The whole thing is too long to post and you don't really need it. All you need to know is this... HGH itself must be taken by injection, because it is a very large molecule that cannot be absorbed intact (whether taken orally, allowed to dissolve under the tongue, or sprayed into the nose or throat). It is also extremely expensive, costing thousands of dollars every month. Because most people cannot afford this, a host of products have become available that claim to raise HGH levels. Conclusion: Over the counter supplements sold to boost HGH, etc are loads of crap. You can boost your own HGH production via exercise and proper sleep. Beyond that, you are looking at synthetic, very expensive options.
