First off I weight 145.06 My BF% 20% Bench 185 Age 15 Hi my name is zero and I have goal.lol well basically I need help I want to have abs and be ripped okay I have alot on my mind and is bothering me. well bassicaly how long well it take. I know depending wat i do but rely how long.. wat are good suplement I have alot but there not working. so give me a good one to buy.. wat i do in life wrestle and volleyball and football so please help me my heigh is 5/6 zero nice meeting you all

All you said was that you wanna get ripped and have nice abs. There is a hard core abs topic as a sticky in the Teenage Bodybuilding. You want to be ripped? started working out for mass routine and then cut to shape things up :)

you don't need supplements right now. just work hard, eat a lot, and you'll be fine.
