ive been training for 3months now and ive noticed a few gains nothing major but i have been ignoring dead lifts and squats! i know very stupid...... now how long would it take too see an overall result starting deadlifts and squats 3 months in here is my physique any help greatly appreciated http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/3_months_in_need_a_critique/m_131393/tm.htm

3 months is nothing. It's never too late to start squats or deadlift, just incorporate them into your routine ASAP.

think of it as a learning process, you cant start out knowing everything. Just add them in now :)

There's no time like the present- It's not a mistake that can't be corrected. You'll be glad you started squats and deads, your body will respond very nicely- Especially if you're eating right. How's your diet?
