ok guys, ive been working out hard for a good month now. I am 5'10 and weigh 155 lbs. In the past month i have seen strength increase but have seen no weight increase. i have ~11% body fat. I currently eat 6 meals a day and take MRi NO2 with MuscleMilk. Meal 1: Oatmeal,Fruit,Muscle Milk 3hours Meal 2: 50 Gram Slam 3hours Meal 3: MetRx-Meal Replacement 3hours Meal 4: Muscle Milk, Peanuts HalfHour Workout: 1)Deads, Squats, Bench,Abs (x3) Cardio 2)Leg Curls, Leg Extensions, Tricep Pushdowns, Curls, Inclined Dumbell Press, Forarm Curls, Abs (x3) Cardio HalfHour Meal 5: Pasta,Salad,Meat 3Hours: Meal 6: MuscleMilk, Toast W/Peanut Butter any suggestions? i really just want to see increase in lean mass, i have thought about creatine but it is mostely water weight so as soon as i go off the creatine i will loose most of the mass i gain.
