HELP! Need nutrition help for college
-
Sunday, April 04, 2004 6:42 PM
Hey all... I am a college student who doesn't even make enough money to pay the school bills, let alone eat healthy, and I have really noticed the fat piling on. I usually only have time to eat maybe one meal a day in the cafeteria (aka the land of fried everything) and I find myself starving by night and I end up ordering a pizza or something completely unhealthy like that. I am a big guy, (6'3", 295) and I really would like to get back down to my fit weight of 265. This past semester I have put on so much fat it has me depressed. I'm still hitting the gym and all, so it has to be my nutrition. Basically, what I'm asking is, can someone help me design a healthy nutritional plan for an incredibly low budget? Thanks all...

Hey, u should try eating lots of egg whites, cottage chesse, 2 % milk, white cheeses, low or nonfat yogourt, plenty of water, nuts(the best is almonds), nut butter(peanut butter), oatmeal, chicken, lean meat, grapes, and berries very good cause not that high in sugar and are antioxidants. Just read the nutritional label bro. Train hard! eat good!!!!!! rest plenty!!
Bench-305(5 partial reps) Squat-450(4 reps) deadlift-435(2-3 partials) front squats- 225(6-8) leg press-835(8reps) at 19! priceless No Light f***in weights, if you complain just shut the f*** up and go home!!!! Fall 05 pledge class-SiGeP
