Hi, look in the Beginners section, you should find all you need. You seems to be on the good way, building some muscles help to burn more calories and so is cardio. I don't know your diet, but cut on fat, eat green veggies, and get lean meat, poultry and fish for protein. But as i said, the Beginners section will suit you, did good for me. Good luck bro
