HELP Feeling Tired - Saturday, June 28, 2008 3:11 AM
Just to give you some history.

I am 33 years old and have been dieting strict since Jan 08 through until now I have lost a steady 2lb per week and have dropped my body fat from about 32% to about 18%, through lifting weights 3 times a week, cardio like running, rowing and cycling both HITT and LISS, and eating really clean foods every 2.5 to 3 hours, I have took a week off now and again to rest my body.

But the problem is I now feel really washed out, tired and almost lazy but I don't want to be. So what is my problem?

Any help is much appreciated.

First of all, congrats for the progress!

From your post, to me, the problem could be too much exercise for you. In addition to the 3 times of lifting a week, you seem to do a whole lot more cardio activities. Probably, you might want to cut them a little bit.

Also, how is your calories intake?
5'8.1"
Age = 19
started in February 16th 2007: 58kg (127.6lbs)
current : around 79-80kg (173.8lb-176lb)

could be that you've been cutting too long. whats ur diet like?

generally i would say take 4 weeks or so to bulk but i'm not sure you'd want to do that at 18% bf.
