Youre like me when i was very new
you can do your back shoulders and chest very easily with weights at home and can improvise well
I myself get dining room chairs line them up lie on them and do bench press that way, shoulders-military press i think its called....
basically you sit or stand dumbells at shoulder and raise them above your head.
back-hmhmhmhmhmhm i remember my weights set including some back exercises...there is one where you have one arm and one leg leaning on something the other leg in standing position and a weight in the other and lift it up and down, and it burns the trap/shoulder area
Lower back is harder but can be done by lying down on your stomach, putting your feet underneath the dumbells and lifting them up with your foot-can be hard to balance but once you get the nack of it and can do it well it really burns the lower back loads
deadlift and squats are obvious exercises to improve muscles in the entire body in general really though squat is more leg oriented.
Hope this helps...
