HELP!! - Wednesday, June 30, 2004 9:50 PM
I really want to bulk up. I'm starting on the MAX - OT program. I have been lifting seriously for the past 2 years and gained a lot of initial weight, but I haven't gained anything in the past probably 8 months. I eat a ton, including 2 protein shakes a day, but I know I need something more to help me gain some mass. Can anyone help!??! Thanks.

its natural to barely show gains after a year of lifting. but you might want to bump up your shake intake by 1 - 2 more a day. 1.2-1.5g of protien per body pound. just stick with it and you will see increases
