HELP - Wednesday, February 11, 2009 8:50 AM ( #1 )
I am attending the police academy on April 4 for my physical testing and It says on my paper for the stuff we are to do it
1RM Bench Press Ratio and then in the femal age groups for 30-39 it has .51 I am not sure what that means I weigh 135lb so how much should I be lfting can someone help me

No I don't believe Chalkey because he gave me the wrong answer in my other post I don't lift 70lb it is 60lbs

Are you seriously that ignorant?  You asked me what .51 bench/weight ratio would be if you were 135 lbs.  Do the math.

135 (.51) = 68.85, which I kindly rounded up to 70.
Bench- 315 Squat- 345 Dead-  515

Total- 1175
