HELP I WANT TO PUT ON MUSCLE

hello i am 17 years old, pretty skinny kid 160 lbs and 6" 2' and i jsut bought 100% whey protein and i am currently taking 1 scoop (23g) in morning and 1 scoop after workout. (workout consists of 20 mins hard benching, curling, squating, calf raises) a day. its not very much workout but its all i ahve time for right now. and i want to bulk up so im not the "skinny kid" but i want to be safe as well and not hurt anything someone please help me thanks should i take more whey?

u might want to get a propper routine sorted because if u are doing all them everyday you will start to overtrain and that means u can actually lose muscle

Hi, to keep it simple: - 2 scoops of whey is fine, you don't need more, get most of your protein from real sources(chicken, beef, tofu, etc..) Supplements aren't going to make you gain muscle by themselves, you need to have a routine and a plan with that. ok, even if you do only have 20 min to work out, working 1 muscle a session would be better for you than whipping round the entire gym doing not much. have a read of some of the other posts in the routines forum, there are some good ones there. that page no pain put is good. let us know how u get on.
