I had surgery on my hand. The bone that was broke was the one on my right hand leading to the ring finger. I need to know if anyone knows any lifts for my upper body with out hurting my hand.

ORIGINAL: 86Transam I had surgery on my hand. The bone that was broke was the one on my right hand leading to the ring finger. I need to know if anyone knows any lifts for my upper body with out hurting my hand. Suggests you wait until your hand fully recovers. There is no exercise for upper body were you won't be using your hands. All upperbody exercises require hands and even if there were any exercise for upper body without using your hands, I will guarantee you, you will still require tension from your hands and that wouldn't be good for your broken hand. Wait, be patient, and come back stronger.

I would wait also. I broke my collar bone so I understand how frustrating it is not being able to work out. It should be worth it though. You wouldnt want to hurt yourself more and take longer to heal.
